ISO QUALITY AWARD FOR AGE CONCERN SHEFFIELD
Following an assessment by an independent organisation, Age Concern Sheffield has been successful in achieving ISO9001 Certification. This internationally recognised prestigious award is in use worldwide as the benchmark for Quality.
The award recognises Age Concern Sheffield’s commitment to an exceptional quality of service. With only around 3% of UK business holding this Certificate, Age Concern Sheffield are now at the forefront of quality service and customer care.
Said a delighted Rosalind Eve, Chief Executive “We have always been proud of the service we offer Sheffield’s older people. Now with the award of ISO9001, this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging service on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries”.
Neil Urquhart, who undertook the assessment for CQS Certified Quality Systems, paid particular tribute to “the investment in people and training that enables Age Concern Sheffield to provide an efficient service to their customers”. 27/10/2008
