| Support ACS
Like most charities Age Concern Sheffield depends on donations and fundraising to fund much
of its work with older people. It's not just about giving money though - there are lots of ways you
can help raise funds for Age Concern Sheffield and some of them won't cost you a penny. Here's
how:
|
|
Make a donation
Make a donation today. Whatever you can give, you can be sure it will make a real
difference, for example:
- £25 could help to fund activities for vulnerable older people at our day
centres
- £50 could contribute to the cost of training a new Support Worker to help more
older people to maintain their independence and quality of life.
You can give
now
on-line with your credit or debit card, or you can send cheques made payable to Age Concern
Sheffield to 44 Castle Square, Sheffield, S1 2GF. If you are able to commit to a regular donation,
why not download the bankers order form (Acrobat .pdf file). |

Volunteering Opportunities
These are exciting times at Age Concern Sheffield and volunteers are an integral part of
our future plans:
Volunteers, who reflect the diversity of Sheffield's communities, bring an enhanced
perspective, which adds value to our work. Through their involvement we contribute to the building
and support of active and sustainable communities based on social justice and mutual respect. The
development and support of vibrant community networks and individuals within them is vital to the
well being of older people.
We hope you'll consider joining us as a volunteer. If you'd like to discuss your
interest in volunteering, please contact us on 0114 250 2850. Click
